legal stuff

I don't particularly want to get all serious, but I think it's important that we all protect ourselves and our content, and as there seems to have been an increase lately in cases of stolen or reproduced content from other blogs, I thought it was about time I added this page, just to be on the safe side.

Copyright Regulations

All content on http://thelittlecurlygirl.blogspot.com/ is owned by me, unless otherwise stated. I aim to always provide credits for photos etc that aren't mine, but if you see your work on here and want it removed, please contact me on franki.burke@gmail.com and I will do so ASAP.

I ask that you please observe the following regulations;

  • While I am more than happy for you to mention or discuss me/my work on your blog/website/magazine, you must provide a link to my blog. If referencing or posting material from a specific article on my blog, I ask that you link back to that article.
  • PLEASE DO NOT republish an entire article or blog post on your website or print publication, even if attribution is made. A photo or a couple of lines of text with a credit is acceptable, but if you post anything more than that, I will ask you to remove it.
  • I may be willing to discuss sponsorship/commercial opportunities etc if contacted, however, YOU MAY NOT use this work for commercial purposes unless given pre-authorization by me. Content on the little curly girl cannot be packaged and sold to anyone nor can it be used in its entirety as a free gift or bonus for a commercial product.
Failure to adhere to these regulations will result in me contacting you and asking you to remove the offending material. If you do not do this, I will be forced to report you to your web hosting company and to any advertising networks you use.

Ok, that's enough of the serious talk for now. Remember children, play nice!
